Another pretty good day today. 194.8# this morning, so I'm headed in the right direction. I was up to 205# back in December during the holidays.
No sweetened beverages at all. Only coffee and water. I rarely drink any sweet tea or soft drinks anyway.
I had a good lifting day today: Dead lifts, overhead press, pull-ups and weighted dips with a protein shake for breakfast with oatmeal, protein powder, frozen banana and 2% milk.
Left overs from last night for lunch. MyFitnessPal makes it easy to simply copy a meal you had for dinner over for lunch the next day.
And for dinner I had chicken and black bean fajitas. 3 of them. And even had 2 shots of Anejo Tequila and chased it with some lime seltzer. 200 calories worth.
I snacked on some chocolate covered pecans I have in my food drawer I had in the office that a vendor gave me. 10 of them. 200 calories worth. Still all of that and my calorie total was only: 1948 and pretty high protein too at 139 grams of protein for the day. I stopped by Aldi and loaded up on walnuts and almonds (roasted unsalted) for snacking throughout the day for more fat and protein and to resist the chocolate on the admins desk.
