The Neely Henry thread got me to thinking about this...
My single heaviest bag of all time was actually 5 smallmouth on Pickwick in 2009. We had 28-8, with a 7-10 big fish.
Had between 26-27 pounds on Logan Martin two years ago, but not in a tournament, 6-1/2 was big fish. All largemouths.
We won a tournament on Logan Martin about 10-12 years ago with 5 spots that weighed 20-10, big fish was a 6.00 (also biggest spot I've ever caught).
Had 20 to 24 pounds on Guntersville a handful of times over the years, but never caught one bigger than about 6 pounds.
We were on the edge of Eternia, when the power of Greyskull began to take hold.

38 3/4 on Seminole one spring swimming a jig around stumps. Toped off with an 11 1/2. 6 more over 4 1/2, first sunny day after a very hard cold front. Second biggest 5 over 28, caught on Sinclair one Dec.

Somewhere in that weight range for me, give or take about 10 lbs. Hey, Stripers are Bass. Real Bass, Largemouth are really in the perch family so they don't count. I guess my best stringer of "Perch" was probably around 16-18 lbs.

32 on the Big G. Around 1990, with the original swimbait. 5" sassy shad that I used to buy from Cooleys. He was the only one around that had them. Stocked them for the stripper fishermen. Swimbaits aren't that new. Since the I have had a few 24-25 lb sacks.

Guntersville is the lake that drives me crazy. I can go up there and catch 4 pounders till the cows come home, but as best as I remember I've never even had a "big" fish hooked up. I had one hit a frog about 3 weeks ago that was a biggun, and I saw one in Spring Crk one time (I "think" she was on a bed) that had to be 10 pounds. But I've just never actually caught one.
