What if I miss the 24 hour mark? Cell service and internet service is zero for days at some places. I have to leave camp, go driving until I get/find a signal, then come back to camp?

When you call or use the app to get a harvest number that deer or turkey is not to be moved until you have that number in your possession. No exceptions. This is also in writing in the harvest regulation magazine.

I think you misunderstood. The way I read it the deer or turkey must be recorded on your harvest record before the animal is moved BUT you have 24 hours before you have to have a conformation number. I'll turn mine in. I've been doing it for years in Kentucky. Its not a big deal it only takes a few minutes.
