On a serious note, remember that most heat/dehydration issues come from the day before. Meaning, don't think you can only drink tea, beer, tequila etc. today and be fine tomorrow because you're drinking water! Take it from someone who's had a stroke from dehydration!! Now carry on with the shabby math.

I thought I was gonna fall out on the boat the other day, we ran out of bait so I threw a castnet for about an hour and we had been fishing all day already and it was about 1 pm and there was no shade to be found and not even the slightest breeze, well we got our bait and in short order I caught 21 and 23 lb stripers back to back and I thought I was gonna pass out for a minute. I leaned my head over the boat and dunked my head in the water for a minute and chugged on a powerade for a minute and I was fine but dang I got wore down quick. I just gotta get used to being in the sun all day again.

Next time y'all start getting flustered in the heat again, the best thing I've found to feel better is a nice glass of milk with a little condensation dripping down the side and a hot mayonnaise sandwich.

You'll puke so much and forget about the heat.
