If you were in Pennsylvania, did you have corned beef hash or was it scrapple?

Friend of mine from there loves scrapple. Pig 'trimmings' and parts turned into mush mixed with cornmeal, flour and spices into a loaf.

Sorta like minced souse, I guess. Sounds like catfish bait for a slat box.
