I just acquired the lease for 320 acres and looking for a few people to make a small hunting club. Already have 4 members and I'm looking for 4 more. I know it's a small area for 8 members, but I'm trying to keep the price down.
The land owner will not let us put in a camp site and he reserves the turkey hunting rites for himself. That don't matter much to me because I don't turkey hunt and I can be there in about an hour. Just somewhere to deer hunt without having to fight for a spot on the management area.
It has a TVA power line running through it and has a few spots that we can put in food plots. It has plenty of hard wood and about 40 acres of it was clear cut about 5 years ago which has a lot of overgrowth.
If anyone is interested it is $335 a year.
Of all the things I've ever lost, I think I miss my mind the most.
