I don't have a dog in this hunt, and don't care what you do, but I do have to ask out of curiosity, why waste your time showing a guy the land BEFORE you screen him and see what kind of fit he would be? If you don't want him due to his kids, or being kicked out of other clubs, that's your business but that could have easily been discovered through a simple phone conversation, or two, and saved a lot of folks a lot of time, including yourself.
