Don't waste your time with this clown Greg Gallander. I toured the property, he gave me the combination to the gate, map, rules, etc. I thought everything was on the up and up. Got out of another club, brought camper home,tree stands, etc. After a month, he finally sent me an email saying my 2 sons that like to hunt would put too much pressure on their trophy club. I don't even have any sons! He is a shady character and I am glad he showed is true colors before I wasted any more of my time.

Lol I done the same thing toured property got combination then nothing. He was drinking pretty good at the time he showed me the property so I wasn't surprised that he didn't remember me. That was a waste of my time. With the land being rayioner land it's somewhere around $10.50 an acre for 2600 acres 14 members at $2700 you do the math. A very shady guy.

You guys settle down;)! For you randy smith no one ever told you that we were accepting you into the club #1, #2 I run a smooth clean and very strict club! I had sent you an email stating we had met as a club and felt like you and your two boys wouldn't be a good fit for the club! And yes you did tell us you had two boys that you got every other weekend! It's my club and if I don't think your a good fit then that's my right! For you Ray Bowen I felt like you wouldn't be a good fit cause you've been kicked out of two other clubs plus you will be hunting way too much and also you told us you were wanting to put up 25 lock ons! And to top that off you have a 18 yr old step son that you said must hunt with you! And about the combos to the gates I allowed y'all to open a few while we rode around that's why you both know the combo! Now y'all can sit here and make up whatever lies you want but this is the truth! And for our finances our dues are 2500 plus 200 power and water, our lease is 27,000 plus summer planting, feed, minerals, and winter plots you idiot! We have a club account which most clubs don't have and every penny is shown for! Now I have filled my spots and good luck finding a true trophy club with y'all issues!

So basically in order to join this club... 1. You can't hunt much
2. You can't have kids that hunt
3. If you have 25 lock on your out

I will respond to this! This club is awesome, and Greg runs a great club! He has to show the club in order to fill a spot, doesn't mean he HAS to accept you! If most clubs were strict about accepting members then there probably wouldn't be as many issues as I see everyone posting on here yr after yr! And yes randy you do have two sons and Ray Bowen gets kicked out of every club he is in! Here the fact guys if you want to grow mature trophy deer having 3 guys( Randy plus two teen age boys) is too much pressure under one membership and yes for you Ray Bowen having 25 lockons posses tons of pressure as well along with your schedule of hunting all week long! Appreciate that George! Like a bunch of kids on here, mad because they aren't getting their way! Why would I just let someone in that I know isn't a good fit then turn around and have to replace him next yr! Nothing personal and no hard feelings but I will build this club as I see fit and most of the ones posting negative shucks don't get to hunt great land like what we have anyways so they don't even know what takes place on a true trophy club! Options... You can't hunt all 25 at once... When I come to hunt... I want options...not just one or two to choose from...There is no pressure if noone is hunting them... If an empty stand scares your deer....you have issues anyway...

Well when you kick someone out then you have an opening! Y'all probably allow spikes to be shot and hunting all during the week, riding through the woods middle of the day, etc so therefor you always have the same clowns! Once again this isn't none of your concern and actually no ones concern! You only like to stir shucks and make things negative!

And if you know how to hunt you don't need 40 stands or 25 lock ons! Seriously?
