Clem my dad was a wrestler in the 70's with cowboy bob kelly, bobby fields, lee fields. They ran together a lot until my mom put a end to it. Reason for when traveling with dad and the guy's I would ride on the arm rest inside of bobby red Cadillac and mix drinks for the guys going to the events.I was only 5 then. Times were different. My mom is cousins with Arn Anderson.

Andre must have been a freak.
She's cousin to Anderson? Cool. I saw him chase a woman out of the gym in Hartselle after she stabbed him in the arm with a fork, and it was not part of the show. He was chasing a wrestler through the crowd and she reached out and stabbed him in the forearm before running out. Almost had a riot. He was pissed.

Huge!!!!.I don't watch wrestling a lot anymore to fake. When dad was wrestling sometimes they would be fist fighting backstage or, in the parking lot after the event was over. because someone took it a little to far in the ring. I like UFC.

I loved the wrestling in the 70's. It was so real back then.

I loved the Stone Cold, Rock, and Triple H days...havent followed it since then. I watched the biography on Andre, very cool. NOONE in existence has drank like that man can/did. He was a beast. These were standard 12-ounce bottles of beer, nothing fancy, but during a six-hour period Andre drank 119 of them. It was one of the few times Andre got drunk enough to pass out, which he did in a hallway at his hotel. His companions, quite drunk themselves, couldn’t move the big man. Fearing trouble with cops, they stole a piano cover from the lounge and draped it over Andre’s inert form. He slept peacefully until morning, unmolested by anyone. Perhaps the hotel people thought he was a piece of furniture.
