No threats to ANYBODY in the house but he shoots the kid.
If a stranger is in my house and my family member say/says they don't know him, he's a threat until I figure out otherwise. End of discussion.
You got that right. If I ask who they are and she tells me she has no idea, it becomes a shoot-first-ask-later scenario if they don't do exactly as I say.
