Heck I'm a little worried myself. I almost never kill a bird with decent spurs, but I'm hunting new areas this year so maybe that will change.
I'm in bham, got a little piece of private land in Jefferson that might be good for a bird, and other than that I'm all public unless a friend invites me, but then I'm normally the caller. We'll see how my season is going. You may get an invite to be the gunner. Lol

Ha ha I feel like I may be get the lesser end of that deal. Ha.  Well my private land has some birds on it now, unlike the last time, and I won't have that godawful cough hopefully....shoulda been a dead bird last time anyways.
