I have had the land for seven years and know a fair bit of the immediate past history, I don't know of anyone trapping it for quite a few years.
however, there are a few "educated" coyotes out there, so someone is trapping nearby in their home range. If had more time of probably would have got a couple of those with a few tricks, LOL
I was runing about a dozen canine type sets in the high ground and about the same number of gang sets for coons. The last week of deer season I only had a dozen traps, I went home for 2 weeks then came back for a week with another 2 dozen ready to go.

I encourage anyone to get out and give it try, its alot of work to do it right. Do your homework, don't cut any corners on trap preperation, and get out there and have fun trying to get an animal to step in the "2 inch circle"
