I dont see an issue with it as long as the two property owners understand the placement of each others stands. Keeping in contact about the situation would make sense to me.

Rifle hunting within 70 yards of someones stand can be an issue though. Look at the story from Jan 4 on AON. Over 600 yards apart and the man was shot. http://www.aonmag.com/article.php?id=3058&cid=158

Never hurts to play it safe. No deer is worth not being careful.

I don't have a problem with someone putting a stand at property line. The problem I have is when my neighbor thinks he owns the deer. A real problem is when someone has a plot close to the line and places a shooting box on the ground facing the property line. That's dangerous.
