Manage ! Manage! Manage! Beautifully executed cull there Town. Early and often is exactly what I say...anything asymmetrical gets a lead injection. We manage our two 40 acre tracts for typical 10 and 12 points only.
Congrats again! ^^^^^^ LMAO

I managed 56 acres and when I first started I killed two piss poor deer.I never killed any does on that land and only took one buck per year off of it.8 years later I killed the biggest deer of my life there. One week later I had another nice shooter step out on the greenfield in the same spot I dropped my big one the week before. All of the land surrounding mine was hunted hard and about thirty acres of mine was thick as cold mollases with briar thickets. All I had to do was not pressure the deer and they gladly came to my land.

37 acres is plenty, you only need one especially if your neighbors are feeding them.
