-hunt where you don't have permission in Jackson county
You will have a very bad day when we catch you.

My neighbor out at the farm said he heard a vehicle drive up to the gate early this morning and then heard 2 shots fired later in the morning. After the shots a silver car drove up to the gate, and shortly after both vehicles left. He went out to the road to stop and question them but they drove on and would not stop.
There is only one road in and out, and there is plenty of signage. Posted land. Just in case these poachers read this, you've been warned.

Do like the old man down the road told me. He said there is a such and such truck riding around night hunting it's got two bullet holes in the tailgate. He said I have no idea how the bullet holes got there.

I feel bad for all the people that own small silver cars and gold SUVs in Jackson county.

Seems like illegal hunting is pretty much the norm around here.

We are having problems in Fayette Co with it also. Unfortunately they have been 1 step ahead of us all year, their time will come however.

Happened to me in Pickens county yesterday. Maroon crew cab Chevy 2006-2009 2 wheel drive shot a doe 150 yes from me on gas line. By the time I got there they left. I was in the woods tracking the doe and they drove by, but if could not get tag. Called GW and he said he would be on lookout. We will also be on lookout, 308 Remington LTR outside Carrollton on thaxton rd.

It's the norm EVERYWHERE! We are having some problems here as well. Had a Trans Am pull over right in front of my house on Jan 2 at 1030 pm and shoot a button head. I called FWC officer. He is now posting up across the road next to a soybean field with his night vision goggles. I've had to call him several times over the past couple of years. We are blessed with a great deer herd here and they are easy pickins around these soybean and peanut fields. I cannot stand a no good poacher!
