The Opelika-Auburn News reports that a 27-year-old man fell out of a tree stand Monday evening in eastern Alabama and emergency responders found an arrow lodged just above his heart. The man was taken to the Columbus Medical Center in Columbus, Ga. Sheriff Jay Jones says the man's identity hasn't been released. The state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is investigating the accident. Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

He is in stable condition, and should be fine as long as they can keep him from getting an infection. He was climbing out of the stand and fell. She is not familiar with hunting, so I'm not sure if he was climbing down with bow in hand and an arrow knocked or what the exact scenario was.
