I believe Sharpshooter and everybody else on here would love their child no matter what. He wants the best for his kids, as I do. He has strong feelings on the subject and I sure do understand it.
There are sorry cultures within EVERY color and race. There are also some VERY good people in each.
When I refer to a man, when speaking with others, I NEVER qualify him by his color unless it is an imperative. I don't say, "this black guy" or "this white guy" unless there needs to be a clarification. I say "this man" or "that man".
When you personally know and love friends in this type relationship, as I do, it changes your views a lot.
