Well, ive gone and done it. After 14 years with a compound, I bought a Recurve last night. Im going to start tinkering with it, and hopefully by next year, be proficient enough with it, that I'll be hunting with it.
Ive played with recurves and longbows some in the past, but have never attempted hunting with one. Looking forward to a new challenge.
I doubt I go full Traditional (making my own arrows or heads), but maybe at somepoint I will. Who knows.
Turkeys be damned.
