Time to buy a new target. What do you guys recommend that does not cost an arm and a leg that will stop arrows from a bow and crossbow?

Back when I was a kid my dad had 2 huge plain white Styrofoam blocks that worked great for fieldpoints or broadheads, I been on the lookout for something like that, figure it would be alot cheaper than a bow target off a shelf from a store.

Go to a tractor supply store. They get their utility trailers in, on flatbed trucks. They use Styrofoam blocks to separate the trailers. Ask if they have any laying around. The store in Montavallo has them out back.

How hard is it to get the arrow out of the Rinehart?

The Rineharts are easy to get arrows out of. The blob targets are good if you can get one that's properly made. Most of the ones I've seen lately are either too soft or a bitch to get carbons out of. I had a good one. It lasted through about 5 years of broadhead practice. The layered targets like the Block are nice and very easy to get arrows out of. But, they will not hold up very well when shooting fixed heads and you wind up with a mess in your yard.
