Just found your forum, ya'll look like you got it going on. Anyway, I shot a deer in my cow feeder yesterday, where do I go to get the newsance permit for it?
Is there any way to get a permit before you shoot them?

I think you have to get a depredation permit from the game warden before you do that sort of thing. Welcome to the forum.

Yep you are supposed to get the permit first. And I'd think twice about posting anything about shooting a deer out of season on a public forum. In the mean time...hand me the popcorn!

I got some hair from a barber and put it around the base of the cow feeder. I know human hair is suppose to scare deer away but it didn't work.

just shoot em, shoot every one that even looks like it might try to get in the feeder.

How many deer will that feeder hold, and how do they get in there???

Old ricky decided to make his first post a good one. Just do whatever bhamfred says he was a game warden so if he says you will be okay you probably will. I think you take the deer to the nearest fish and wildlife office and ask if they can write you something for the deer.

I would just bend over and prepare to get violated. If your stupid enough to do it then post about it on a public forum you will deserve what you get.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

@Ben2, I can't turn it in to the wildlife office. I sold it to my neighbor for $15. I don't know if that was to low or high? I know I had $1 in the bullet.

@BhamFred, She just had her head in the feeder. So I know it will hold at least 1 head of deer, however it will not retain them after there legs drop out from under them.

@turkey neck, I guess I deserve the 15$ I got from my neighbor.

the wildlife office will buy the deer for $25.00, you sold it too low.

Are you in Fayette? If so I think Hollywud posted a video of your deer howling in pain.
