I've had the pleasure of scoring a couple of them. He needs to bring them all! You pencil whipped those in the minus column. Pretty humbling to have 2 gross 160's and they won't net 140". I've got a couple smaller, "prettier" ones that would be strong prospects to net 140 . Don't seem right, nets are for fishin'.

Wow I thought the big 160 you killed a few years ago would net 140 all day. I wish there would be enough interest for MB to come I bet there are more net 140 an 150s than most think.

Hey, remember I have quite a few on my own wall that were pencil-whipped to death. I killed a gross 172" that nets 131" typical. That's why I took the non-typical score.... You need to let me have a try at those typicals.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

Ive shot more then a few big bucks and have had them measured and scored because my taxidermist likes to measure them, but Im not into any record books.
I considered taking my 170 I shot last season to the deer expo..but my friends didnt want people to know where it came from or we would be fighting off trespassers all year they thought. you don't have to tell people where it was shot, just the county it was killed in. That's a big area to poach...LOL Yep, the locals know anyway. They dont actually or I WOULD have a problem! we sneak them out and mums the word. Noone in the area other then the few of us that hunt together know. We are VERY secretive about our deer...and protective. At the processors and in town EVERYONE thinks I kill my big bucks in Cherokee...cause thats what I tell them. I have tons of people ask me where in Cherokee I hunt. By the way..Ive NEVER even been to Cherokee. To all you from Cherokee...sorry for all the poaching trespassers Ive sent your way!

If they do they dont come around . My land doesnt look like much from the road anyway. I keep it real thick along the road and just have 2 trails with gates...one you really cant even see.
Once you get in around 100-200 yards..then things start to change. It has the nice fields, road sysytem , persimmion trees,water chestnut and oaks, nice hardwoods along the creek and food plots.
But from the road it looks just like an inpenetrable thicket. It is also a dead end road...and my tenats live there and let me know of suspicious vehicles. Plus..I put a trail cam that photos all vehicles coming down the road out.
Really noone drives down it but the tenants..and they dont hunt.
