Anyone used this? Being a new deer hunter this appears to be a fantastic resource ... just don't wanna waste my money if it isn't any good. Objective opinions would be much appreciated

In the absence of any recommendations, I ordered it. I'll give it a whirl and post my results ...

Got it on the mail today. It's simple, easy to use and understand ... Learned more in 10 minutes playing with it then I have from all the reading I've done. Well worth what I paid for it

What is the point of the software? What does it teach you? Just wondering.

You rotate the deer on screen and take a shot. The SW tallys up a list of organs, skeleton points you hit and graphically shows the penetration. Change to a different angle, do it again and again. Teaches you where to aim on the deer

I'll make a video of it this weekend and post it here

I looked at some images from it. It looks like it would be helpful for teaching and building confidence for new hunters. thumbup Even an old timer might accidently learn something if he's not careful. laugh

I keep thinking my best bet if possible is to aim at top of spine above lungs. If I hit it I sever the spine, if I'm low I take out the lungs. Even lower i take out the heart. There are lots of angles I can make that shot from

Well my moviemaker won't record both the animation part and the control panel on the right. So ... Below is a screen snap of the controls along with the shot scoring showing the vitals hit PLUS a video of the animation part.
