I usually don't get to hunt, when it snows, I get to WORK instead.
But, I have had a couple of opportunities, to hunt with a light dusting of snow, over the years, and I agree the deer in Bama don't understand it. It is not a good time for still hunting. It's a great time for stalk hunting. You can kick 'em up, track 'em and see 'em forever. Plus you'll gain more scouting knowledge, in one day, than you can get in an average year.
