That is a good turkey congratulations on the great hunt. I will never forget the one I got last year with 2 inch spurs, its a little hectic to register a bird but its worth it. You have to have 3 nwtf members to witness the measurements that has to sign a affidavit to send to nwtf to get it in the record book. It takes about 3 months to get it processed but you should do it I know I am proud of mine its kinda hard to try to beat that again. You could hunt the rest of your life and never do it again but I am trying. Great Bird

Was not trying to hijack the thread I was just trying to tell the guy what he needs to get his bird registered. Its a great bird that needs to be in the book just trying to help the guy out.

oldpro, please tell me you didn't cut the feet off that bird. I didnt' see any other parts of the bird in that pic. and got me a little worried. LOL That's a mounter if there ever was.

vines, how bout some pics of those spurs. That would be number 1 in the state, or at least tied for #1...would love to see them.
