the only exact fix i know of is new rings and pistons, which i don't know for sure it wont start using oil again in another 50k. I would sell but i don't do trades at a dealership and with carfax and research this will scare ppl away from a sale. so i'm gonna drive it like i've got ten cents in it and when she blows i'll put in a crate 6.0 or 5.7

Me too. I'm going to drive it till she blows.

I love the 6.0 though, awesome motor.

I put just under 90,000 miles on an 07 and never had a problem with it; never used a drop of oil. I had a Superchips tuner that had programs that would remove the V4 feature, but I never saw any point in removing it. It does save you some gas mileage, and does it without losing any power at all.

They had so many incentives in 2011 that I traded it for another one just like it. Only problem with it has been that the passenger side mirror will not stand up to be being backed into the carport wall. smile
