Can someone explain them to me please. I like to shoot relaxed form and I think its screwing with my accuracy. I am practicing holding hard on the back stops and flexing my back muscles at full draw. I have been trying to fine tune my 40 and 50 yard shots and I am missing high. I think its due to my relaxed form and I was told that back tension releases would help with this. please explain...

That's a lot of typing. Have you googled it yet? There's hundreds of articles out there about them. They do help, but not everyone can master using a true back tension release. I use them with a scope, but can't shoot worth a crap with one if I'm using a muti-pin sight. A trigger release can be shot using back tension as well, but it takes a lot of discipline. If the trigger finger moves when the release fires, proper back tension was not used.

You ever heard of electro-shock therapy? Back tension releases work about the same way. If you do something wrong, you punch yourself in the mouth.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

I think my problem is with my back. My form is near perfect, I just have an issue of letting it creep into the valley and thats no good with the fast cams of todays bows. I may see if any shops have one I can test out.
