Don't build one, I have one I would sell you.
It's a .308 on a Weatherby action and 2 1/2" custom barrel all custom built. The rifle weighs barely shy of 23lbs but with a good rest 600 yards is not an issue...provided you can shoot.
2-1/2" barrel 308 weighing in at 23-lbs! This I gotta see! Pics please! 2-1/2" diameter Bull barrel...It's fluted too.
