In a shooting house. Saw 3 does in a plot visible from the road..but none in this one yet. I assume activity should pick up soon.

I'm in the barn. No deer yet, but 3 gobblers are in the field. Sun is beginning to peek through the clouds

I got skunked this afternoon. My season is officially over, now its time to put out the cameras and see what I can put on the hit list for next year.

I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

I zeroed this evening too. They were movin all day from what I heard. A guy in our club saw two big bucks in a field at the corner of county road 20 and the beach express in foley at 3:00 this afternoon. He couldn't get to the club quick enough after that. Ha. We all saw NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Between 2 hunters, we saw one doe fawn and a pile of turkeys...The weather began to break about 4 and sunshine started peeking through the clouds, but it got cloudy again and ended up raining til dark. It was a very poor afternoon for deer movement at the farm. Maybe tomorrow...
