I heard the deer take a few steps a thicket about 75 yds from me right after I did some grunting and a doe bleat. After about 20 minutes of not seeing anything I figured it was just a squirrel. Then, after about 30 minutes my back started hurting from the way I was sitting so I leaned over to stretch. Deer saw me and took about 3 hops into the swamp. Wasn't as good as the last one I killed, but he was well over his ears. Last edited by scrubbuck; 01/27/13 07:14 PM.
