How is it looking up there? I am thinking about making a trip in a few days.

Small bucks chasing...bigger bucks cruising some. They have been tearing the woods up for the past 2 weeks. Should bust wide open this weekend.

Haven't been since Saturday (1/12) but seen very little deer movement at all. Of course it was expected with the weather we had. That being said...should just better from here on out. Plan on being there as much as possible till the end.

Was hunting in Hardaway today and had a 115-120" 8pt come out and chase three does on a green field. I think the rut is on in the area and that this weekend should be one of the best in several years.

4 of the 6 bucks I saw today were cruising looking for does. One of them pushed a doe off a food plot. Hoping it blows up this weekend!

I will be in a tree this afternoon and tomorrow. I expect a good weekend. I have seen spikes and small bucks pushing does around the last two weeks so it should be fun hunting.

Really starting to pick up between Hardaway and Hurtsboro. This weekend should be exciting.
