Finally got an afternoon when I think I can hunt, had a hard time leaving the offfice but managed to get out at 340. Get to land by 355, change clothes grab climber, get to planned tree and discovery lots of vines, fight vines while climbing up, manage to cut enough to get where i wanted to be, and discovered that my bow rope has gotten entangled with vines on the ground. Down I go to up tangle mess. Back up, jacket falls, bback down to get jacket, back up get settled. Finally, now I just need something to come out. At least it beats the office. Hunting the point of a 1 acre greenfield where several trails come up from a bottom and most of the deer stage prior to entering the open. Got a solid 135 - 140 inch 9pt that has called this foodplot home for 4 years. I just hope he didn't hear all the racket I made climbing up.
