Large mouth on Wilson were up on wood in shallow water once. We determined a spinner bait pattern and bump the wood. I was calling my shot before the hooksets. We had about 4 tops we could hit then run down river a couple miles and hit 2-3 more. By that time we would go back and start over. It just kept reloading 2-4lb bass. We did it 2 days straight which was wild. Also culled the whole bag in a tournament on Pickwick once. There was about 45 min left and a heavy rain hit. We got under the Trace bridge and were catching and culling so fast my partner threw the digital scale in the live well. I couldnt find it and we were frantically trying to get it right. When I looked it was under the fish in the live well. LOL He had flipped the fish overboard and had lifted the lid and threw the scale in the well.
Its not the will to win but the will to prepare to win!
