Poor parenting and and general lack of intelligence. That being said I will drop an f bomb during moments of weakness and frustration sometimes and later feel bad about it. Dumbass kids are reflections of dumbass parents.

I was at a gas station today. Squatted truck rolls up, music blaring, dropping every word in the book. Late teen or early twenties boy slides out, drops the tailgate, drains a cooler and walks in. Junk is still blaring. He came out and I told him to turn it down next time. He was a good 50 ft from the squat rack and literally couldn't hear me for the crap playing so loud. He yelled out and asked what I said. I said, we are not in Birmingham, turn the crap down next time. I imagine he is one of the many that was letting them fly at a young age. My 15 yo was with me and he was ready to get out of dodge after that. I let a few slip around him, but never heard him say a curse word one. He doesn't like it when I let one slip. He may occasionally when I am not around, but I can almost say with certainty, nothing like what that boy had blaring.

As an ex Road Warrior, you learn very quickly that gate agents can be your best friend or worse enemy.

Same, I agree with this. For one, who arbitrarily decided that these specific words are bad? Why does it matter if you say “rear end” or “ass” if they are talking about the exact same thing? It’s how you use it and how it’s intentioned but most of these words are just substitutions for another word.

That's funny. I'm educated, and throw cuss words around frequently. I work with smart retired Military guys who also let it fly. Actually read somewhere years ago that people that cuss are actually intelligent and trustworthy.

I try my best not to cuss at all. Very rarely get mad or I probaly would. Most everyone I know is religious and I have respect not to do it around them. Make me sick to hear young kids take gods name in vain.

I can’t stand to hear young girls cuss. My son is 14, and I told him not to mess with a fowl mouth girl. Something about females cussing turns my stomach with disrespect.

I hear parents saying it in front of their young children all the time. It's an example thing and they are not being raised to think it's a bad etiquette. As much as they hear it from their parents and on TV of course they are going to repeat it and think it's ok.
