Being unable to have intelligent discussion, deal with differing opinions or beliefs, and blindly following someone to the letter don’t show much sign of being an adult, imo. My opinions differ often but I can deliver my opinions while still being respectful to the people here when I present them, without silly stuff like name calling or personal attacks. Can’t say the same about a lot of what I’ve received back.

It’s also funny that most here consider themselves to be “patriots” but suppressing others who think differently is just about one of the most unamerican things you can do. Our forefathers wrote in protection for things like freedom of speech, right to protest, right to criticize the government, etc and if you don’t have that, you might as well live in North Korea. Granted this is a private site and not a government one, the concepts still apply.

Some people though.. they’re asshats regardless of their position.
