Looking to put together a hog hunt with my dad this year, I’ve looked at a lot of the places you find when you google but I was hoping someone on here can recommend an outfitter/location to shoot a few hogs.
Ideally we’d like yo be able to bow hunt, we’re open to outfitters that don’t provide lodging if needed, and just generally looking for a good value and good hunting experience. Pretty flexible, just want a place that isn’t so pressured we’re forced to hunt at night to see anything.
Thanks

When shopping for a hog hunting outfit, just don't mix plaids and stripes. Go with solid earthy tones instead.

Pa-ko seems to have plenty of them.....I know the general area is covered up......A little pricey for a hog hunt but I'm sure the amenities are probably pretty nice

At one time Jay was running a really good operation down at PaKo, I see no reason that would have changed. Check to see when his hunts are, I believe he only offers them for a couple weeks every year.

It looked like they had a pretty rough deer season last year but everyone in that area struggled to see deer like in the past……If something doesn’t change I don’t see how folks like him will be able to continue to stay in business unless he can make a living off of pigs.

He is one of the best land managers I have ever seen on his place. He does a great job on habitat down there and at one time had some damn fine turkey hunting. Cant bait the hogs and run turkey hunts though, Hogs brought more money.
