Beat one breast flat with a waffle headed hammer. Make a bacon weave with 14 pieces of bacon (YouTube if necessary) Place breast on top of bacon weave, then spread a stuffing of sharp cheddar, cream cheese, diced onions and jalapeño on the turkey breast.
