Turkey is terrible. Cover it with whatever you like it's still bad. Frying it like chicken fingers makes it tolerable but still it's probably best just to feed the dogs the turkey and leave deer meat for people. Ben, you’re a smart dude and I love ya to death…. But you have lost your dang mind when it comes to this. 😂😂 Did you read the above? They soaking it for 2 days in stuff to make it edible then covering it with bacon and anything else to make it taste worth eating. Ha ha 😂 I see your point, but it doesn’t take all that! Good that way, but still good when it’s fresh too. You’re about the only guy I know that turns their nose up at it. Different strokes I reckon…. You don’t have to do all that crap. Just fry it like boneless chicken nuggets.

Remove silver skin , cut into fingers or nuggets. Salt and pepper. Dip in egg and roll/batter in Panko Italian bread crumbs. Fry like chicken fingers. Mighty fine!
