Dang a lot of Summit Viper users. I have one an absolutely hate it. My stand of choice is the OL Man Multi Vision.

Dang a lot of Summit Viper users. I have one an absolutely hate it. My stand of choice is the OL Man Multi Vision. I had a Multi-vision and loved it until it slipped 3 times while climbing a hardwood and I am always very careful while climbing and wear my harness. I never felt comfortable in it again. It is definately the lightest stand for the money and packs flat. I just wish it had never slipped with me and I would still be in it. My Goliath has never slipped, no matter what kind of tree I have climbed.
It is what it is.
Inspect what you Expect.
Hunting TN, AL, KY, and IL.
