I’ve started doing a turbo cook with butts too, 275/325. I can’t tell much of a difference and the bone still falls right out. I personally think the pork butt is more forgiving with fat content when turbo cooking.
Don't blame me for your bad decision-

275 to 325 for about half the time of a normal butt smoke. 10/4. Thanks BPI

Good looking cook. Often wondered about a faster brisket. The KJ I have is XL and has bad went 225-250. Gotta get it up close to 285-300 for some clean smoke. I’ve started doing a turbo cook with butts too, 275/325. I can’t tell much of a difference and the bone still falls right out. Turbo butts for a while now
