The BC/BS plan I hav through work classifies it as a Tier 2 drug and won't pay upfront for the $1000+ a month. I'll pass.

My primary is BC/BS MS (with the university) and it doesn’t cover it. It’s covered by my wife’s company insurance BC/BS MA (diabetes industry, so they have much better coverage plan on diabetes meds). I don’t think they cover the weight loss side as well, if at all, though. You would think they would, since obesity and type 2 are so closely associated.

I have a place I order it from.

Semiglutide. Easy to mix and to inject.

6 months ago my insurance wouldn’t pay for it ,Dr tried to get it approved for my blood pressure but it got shot down, now my insurance has approved wegovy and manjauro for weightloss and it only cost me $25/month for wegovy,I’ve dropped about 20 lbs so far, still haven’t gotten on the max dose yet,no problems so far except bad heartburn and indigestion every now and then
