Tried something different tonight…..deer and shrimp fried rice. I took a some backstrap and sliced it thin. Then I did what is called “velvet” the meat. I hit with a little soy sauce and sprinkled some corn starch on it. Mixed it up and let it sit in the fridge about 30 min.
