Set in the edge of slough, the last 1/4 of the slough is holding water. There's a beat down trail coming around the edge where the deer are funneling through. Nothing but skrewls and turtles so far. Good luck and stay safe.

Went to go climb a new spot this afternoon but got in there and it's too thick to hunt. So set up on an old road bed that leads into there with trail heavy trail crossing in range. Sitting in the ground in a makeshift blind, just to thick to even climb a tree in my saddle. Stay safe and good luck.
