The pins are set in spaces that aren’t marked ROW to a pin of a ROW. Every body thinks it would be but that’s what they want the ROWERS to think. Not paddlers, that’s a wrong org for a different pin. If pens were used to set PINs instead of pencils it wouldn’t be permanent ROW, but pencils can be erased. That where easements came in at. There, that should clear it up for everyone. The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.
