I dipped a can and a half a day, that gum only did anything if I chewed it, then ya got a head rush lol. Bubble gum worked better since the nicotine gum doesn't really help if ya continue.

Good friend of mine was gonna quit after I succeeded but couldn't fight the urge until 3 years ago when they found cancer in his upper jaw bone. He quit on the way to Houston to get a portion of his jaw bone removed. He had to go on multiple trips to get a plastic piece sized to cover the hole going into his sinuses designed to keep food and water from traveling up.

Other thing not covered much is the cost. When I started Marlboros were 19 cents a pack. I pay right at $10.00 for a pack of Salems now.

The easiest way to quit, is just to quit. I decided to quit a couple years ago and did just that.

This is The Truth. I smoked 14 years and quit cold turkey. You have to set your mind to it. After couple weeks I was fine. Every time I got the urge for A cigarette I threw a wintergreen lifesaver in my mouth. You can do it, it’s a mind game that you can overcome. Peace of advice. Do not start vaping or pick up any other bad habit. I have been smoke free for 25 years. You just gotta Say No!
