I have a $50 a week nicotine gum habit. Walmart brand, 2mg, fruit flavored. More hooked on that than any dip or cigarette.
Read the directions on it man, it says to mix real gum in and wean yourself off. I did it but I did exactly like the directions says I dipped a can and a half a day, that gum only did anything if I chewed it, then ya got a head rush lol. Bubble gum worked better since the nicotine gum doesn't really help if ya continue.

Mind over matter. You gotta want to quit and make that decision, then do it. After you go without for 48-72 hours you’ll be home free. It’s easy to find ways to keep using it. The hard work is committing to it and making it happen. This is The Truth. I smoked 14 years and quit cold turkey. You have to set your mind to it. After couple weeks I was fine. Every time I got the urge for A cigarette I threw a wintergreen lifesaver in my mouth. You can do it, it’s a mind game that you can overcome. Peace of advice. Do not start vaping or pick up any other bad habit. I have been smoke free for 25 years. You just gotta Say No!
