I have a few questions. Is a pet considered property? Is your wallet considered property? If I drive by your house and throw my wallet in your front yard and let it stay there for days, weeks, years is it still my wallet. I still go by your yard and look at it I even pick it up sometimes and feed it money then put it back in your yard. Would you be breaking the law if after a few months you pick up the wallet and keep it? I know it sounds crazy buy if your responsible for keeping up with your wallet should you not be held responsible for keeping up with your pet?
