He needs to overwhelm the media and left. Give them BS to focus on while he gets things done.
Just write an EO saying that Big Pharm can no long advertise and that will shut down the $$$$ into media overnight. That will cause them to focus on it.
Write and EO saying politicians can't do insider trading. That will eat up the politicians time.
