No such thing as a stupid question right? So- if my muzzleloader is sighted in using 150 grains of 777 pellets and I decide to only use 100 grains, will that change my zero?

Yes. 150 grains sounds like a lot for my 50 cal (I use lose powder, not pellets) that would probably be too much my rifle and push the projectile out too much not allowing it to spin. 85 grains is my sweet spot for a 200-grain sabot.
