My buddy took me for a spin in his cyber truck a few days ago. (Yes I know it’s strange looking). He said his cyber truck can run his entire house for three days if he loses electricity! Is that what the salesman told him?

That should tell you how much power it takes to charge one. I was thinking the same thing

Is that what the salesman told him? No, He is an ex Air Force pilot and commercial airline pilot. He understands just about everything there is to know about Tesla.

Seeing several around town and they’re strange looking but some are liking them evidently. Hybrid snake more sense to me but if you can afford and ant one, get it.

Here's my opinion on EV's. They're awesome as commuter vehicles. Drive it back and forth to work, run errands all over town...hard to beat.
Road trips is where they fail. Charge times are much greater than gas pumps...and that assumes that the chargers are working where you stop (it's a common issue). Also, as we saw last winter...they won't take a charge in cold weather once they get below a certain level. Additionally, cold weather greatly reduces the range on ev's.
So yeah...if you want one for a back-and-forth vehicle and want one...have at it. If you take trips regularly or even occasionally...think twice.

When I start seeing cyber-trucks working on regular construction job sites on a daily basis then I will consider getting one.

Unless you are prepared and have a generator. If you have a generator, you wouldn't need to run your house with your truck.
