Here's a 1967 Aguirre & Aranzabal made in Eibar, Spain. I think it's the Matador I model. It's a 10 gauge magnum with full chokes in both 32" barrels. Good condition all around.

This shotgun actually belongs to a close friend of mine and is from his late father's collection. If he decides he wants to sell it, what should he ask for the gun? I don't even have a ballpark figure about these AyA shotguns.

Are these good guns? This big, heavy bruiser would be a goose gun I suppose.

Don’t know anything about but as heavy as I’m sure it is, it should take some of the thump out.

I carry a Rem SP10 with a 30” barrel sometimes. It’s a tote but also tames the recoil.

Can you shot steel shot thru a full choke meant for lead . The chokes that came with my BPS 10 where for steel .


As in , the full choke was for steel or it was mod for lead . I used the full for 000 and bought a turkey tube .

I have a churchill 10ga sxs and it was made in spain. I wouldn’t worry about the steel being lesser quality than practically any other.Good steel but I doubt it is intended to shoot steel shot. I used mine to deer hunt with buckshot

AYA is a quality SxS! but it will kick your brains out though!

Did a few searches for prices. 500-850
Some may want it as a safe queen. Not many want to take the recoil.

my BPS 10 ga dont kick that bad at all, hell i got a 12ga that spin you around with a 3" 1oz slug .


i did shot a H&R single shot one time that thumped pretty good with buck shot .
