Anyone do the Geneva dog hunt previously? Looking at the rules for the adult hunts, im reading any youth you bring have to be 8-15yo Was hoping to bring my 4 year old to just sit with me. He’s the main reason I even applied for it. I did Geneva last year, it was a fun experience but can’t imagine it being fun for a 4 year old. They are very strict (and rightly so) that you cannot leave the hunt area for the whole time of the hunt (about 3+ hours) and must stay within 25 yards of your marked spot. So you’d just be standing on a road for 3+ hours with a 4 year old two times a day. I can’t imagine that would be a fun experience for a kid that young. I’m honestly surprised they’d let a 5 year old there. I’d think that would be more of an 8+ year old kind of hunt. It is 8 minimum age.
